Am I alone??!

Question

So I'm going on 25 weeks pregnant and I have the worst heart burn in the morning at night every day every time I eat I get nauseated and throw up can't hold nothing down its really making me emotional because I'm hungry and can't keep much down I have lost weight but my son is healthy I just don't feel good ever I'm always tired because I can't hold anything down
Am I alone if not what helps!!!

Gaviscon, the liquid, I found to be most helpful for the heartburn. It's an antacid like Tums but it has an additional medicine.  It's safe to take, I do so every night to prevent waking from heartburn.

My mum told me the other day she had that. She said milk and gaviscon made it so much better. (Which is why she has an old school milk shake maker!)

I drink lots of water. It helps for the most part but doesn't get rid of it fully.

Yes milk is my best friend but we are out cuz my fiance finished it...I was mad lol and what is gaviscon
