Would you pay it??

Would you pay $1,000 for a Great Dane, Pit mix from someone that doesn't have experience breeding dogs? A backyard breeder I guess you could call them? I didn't even pay that much for my Pure bred. She isn't papered tbough, she could be if I wanted though. Just wondering if anyone else would pay this? I was thinking about getting one, but I don't think I trust them as breeders. Maybe I'm just paranoid??
