Pregnancy?

Stopped taking the alesse birth control after my last period. At the end of June Have been doing the "deed" about 4 days after period ended and a few times through the next week (hubby goes away for work and comes back randomly) I've had a long stringy discharge come out twice now second time it had little blood spots in it. And have experienced period like cramps just now. Wondering if these could be a possible sign of pregnancy or just my body reacting to coming off the pill.
