Work outs
So I really want to flatten my stomach and grow my butt.
I've pretty much got the core work outs sorted just from things that have worked for me previously.
I'm going to slowly start to build my leg strength with squats, lunges and wall sits ect but I alway see girls saying that lifting weights is also a major part when it comes to getting a bigger bum.
So I was wondering if any of you girls could help me out with what type of weights, the best weight to start off with, types of workouts and any other tips you have.
