TTC: Round 2

So, honey and I are going to try again once AF pays a visit. I'm almost lost for words on what to do. I am starting another round of Fertilaid and he still has male fertility boosters. We just don't know when and what to do since we didn't successfully conceive our first time. I know it takes a while but it honestly sucks!

His sister-in-law conceived during her period. And he suggested we try that, and last cycle we tried and it gave me really bad cramps, and it didn't work either.

We timed everything right as much as I thought we did, and my cycles are getting regular again. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how they got pregnant? Positions, timing? Should I use opk again? Etc? It would be MUCH APPRECIATED!
