If your SO had some form of plastic surgery done prior to meeting you, would you want to know?

I guess it depends on the surgery.... if it was plastic surgery because of an illness, like reconstructive surgery due to cancer, yes I'd want to know. 
If he had a nose job, I dunno. I guess it doesn't matter but I'd be more interested in knowing why he doesn't want to share that with me.

I would only want to know because I want to know everything about my SO. But it wouldn't change my feelings or affect our relationship.

If its  life  changing, yes I'd  like to know. especially  if it would  affect me in the future..... But how  do people  have relationships  without  knowing each other?  Do you not have conversations?

Nope. I mean I'd of course hope that they would, but they're by no means obligated too

I got a breast augmentation right after my husband and I got together. So while planning it, I asked him beforehand and included him. We wanted the same: a normal-sized breast, normal - bit perky - looking and a normal feeling. He helped me so much after surgery. Before anyone judges: My health insurance paid for it because I didn't develop "breasts". I was flat. Only my nipples changed through puberty. The plastic surgeon told me it was a genetic abnormaly and he then told me that I don't have breast tissue and will therefore never be able to breastfeed. I was 25 and had never thought about breadtfeeding before. But right at that moment I started crying and it still makes me sad to know that I will never be able to breastfeed.

Depends on what they had done. Sex change, yes. Nose job, no.

I mean, I feel like I would want to know, but only because I want to know everything about my husband...do I think it's necessary to tell me in the very beginning?? No...if it's already there, and I like/love him, and am attracted to him, why does it matter? It's not going to change the way he looks. But I'm nosey, so I would want to know...
