Lots of times! I've shaved my head completely, had a Mohawk, an undercut in the back, and currently have an undercut on the side.

I shaved a patch by my left ear for a couple years. I loved it and somedays I think about doing it again but growing it out sucked.

I deleted the comment since the picture wasn't showing 😐. But I've had a deathhawk/Mohawk since 2014. I've heavily debated shaving my head entirely when it felt like there was no hope for my hair's damage to recover from, but I stuck it out. I recently trimmed mine for the first time in months, and when down, my hair looks like a really bad short hair cut 😂. I want long hair again but idk when I'll retire the sides and grow them out. In the picture where the sides are white blonde, that's a little over 2 months of growth.

I have almost half of my head shaved at the moment and have had it that way for almost a year. I love it and plan to start trying to shave designs into it.
