I read in comments that you took Plan B, so I doubt you're pregnant. Plan B can cause odd bleeding and throw your cycles off. Call a dr if you're that concerned.

I really doubt your pregnant and I wouldn't bank on being pregnant based on backache and not being able to sleep which can also be symptoms of other things.
You bled after taking plan b, plan b commonly messes with cycles. If you are really really worried go to the doctors and have a blood test done
