So hungry but...

So hungry but I'm so ill aswell! Had an episode earlier today (bout 4 hours ago) where my entire arm went numb, my vision went funny and I was so dizzy (this happens a lot and nothing to do with the fact I'm pregnant) so went for a lie down and I feel better but now I feel sick 🤒 which sucks because I'm so hungry but also so scared to eat anything!!
