Is it common to get period like bleeding whilst pregnant? I have heard missed opinions.

Eg;if you have bright red bleeding for 5 days would that be counted as a period?

I have done a test that was negative and still had bleeding so I don't think I'm pregnant!

But how can you get period like bleeding each month and be pregnant, isn't that dangerous for the baby.

Like if I was to be pregnant I was be close to 24 weeks and have had a period each month on the pill. I have had bright red bleeding for 5 days. So that would definitely just be a period yeah? Like there is no chance I could be pregnant?
