Do Tampons make your period lighter?
Yesterday was the first time I used tampons all day (i didn't have pads to sleep in) and of course, i switched out tampons throughout the night. My flow was already normal, not too heavy and not too late. My period is usually 6-7 days but now that I have pads again, my period is EXTREMELY light and it's only the fourth day. I was super stressed out the day before also. Could have tampons made my period lighter, or the stress?
