Weight Loss..

So I'm sure you guys see this question often, but I really need some tips for weight loss.

Yes I know the obvious, drink water and work out, but are there any diets that work? And specific workouts I need to do? Just anything you guys can tell me to help. I have a 6 month old and I just haven't been able to lose the baby weight easy. I'm breastfeeding so it kind of makes me always hungry, my partner doesn't eat very good which makes me not eat very good, and I haven't been motivated to do much because I'm always tired. I just need some pointers, tips, weight loss success stories and what you did.. anything that can help me! I'm 22, my pre pregnancy weight was 124 and I'm gonna guess I'm around 145 still. ( I gained about 50-60lbs while pregnant )
