Can be either. My friend was sick as a dog with both boys. My friend has a boy and a girl and was more sick with the girl. And I am going on 32 weeks and haven't been sick the entire pregnancy

I didn't get sick once with my daughter. I'm 29 weeks with baby boy and was sick from week 6 till 24 weeks. And i still get sick feeling at least once a week.

They say you get sicker with a girl but I know lots of people who had really bad morning sickness and they're pretty evenly split between girls and boys. I will say though that I had pretty easy morning sickness and I'm having a boy and most of my friends who pretty much felt good throughout their pregnancies had boys too.
