Question ?

I'm over a week late , my cycles have been "strange" anyways because I'm breast feeding, so I'm waiting until the 14th before testing ! Anyways I'm having a lot of symptoms that are throwing up the pregnancy sign , symptoms I haven't had in any of my previous cycles one really odd one that I'm expierncing is a fluctuation in my sugar level .. It either drops or shoots up really high , I had diabetes in my first pregnancy but it started at 16 weeks . Another thing I find strange is every time I nurse my son and my milk lets down I get really naseous . It comes in waves , it'll also happen when I feel like my sugar is low .. I feel like I can't eat enough to maintain a good glucose level , but then when I do eat it sky rockets and I  feel like crap and have to drink a ton of water to regulate it . I'm not sure what's going on !! ???
