I have 3 children from my previous marriage and i was shocked at how will my boyfriend jumped in and adjusted. My girls love him to death too so i think that helps. I love seeing him with my kids

My step dad raised me from age 3. Nobody even knew I wasn't his child until after he passed. Everyone even swore I looked just like him. Better than most women I know.

My SO has a 5 year old and I struggle bonding with him..but my ex boyfriend had a 3 year old and I bonded with him perfectly.

My boyfriend was 19 when we met and me having a 4 year old didn't phase him at all! Here we are 5 years later everything is still going well. I think it more so depends on the person not the gender of the person.

My husband is a step dad and he treats my children like he will his own someday. People who don't know us, think they are his. :) he's amazing
