So I want bangs really bad problem is I have a small forehead. Would bangs look good on me? Despite my forehead being small. I really want them and have for years but my mum says my foreheads much to small for them.

Honestly, if you really want to do it, I say go for it! What can it hurt? Bangs grow out fast anyways. 
I do agree with the others that side-swept bangs would probably be most flattering on you. But I'm all for doing the things you really want to do at least once, especially things that aren't permanent and don't hurt anybody. 👌 I like to change up my hair color now and then for the heck of it, even though black is clearly most flattering on me. Everyone says I'll look bad/weird as a blonde, but I'm going for it. It's all temporary so I don't really care. The worst that can happen is you don't like them and have to wait a bit for them to grow out. Harmless. 🤷🏻‍♀️
