Prolonged menstrual...😳😳😳😳

This is probably TMI...but I am growing a little concerned. My cycle typically lasts 5-7 days, I am currently going on day 11. I had the typical clotting the first few days, then it seemed like it was ending at the 7th day mark. But, now it's bright red ("new blood") and it's consistently heavy. Has anyone else gone through this? What happened? Is it normal? Oh and I'm almost 31 and this has never happened to me.
