Does it matter what time of the day you work out?

I am not happy with my body I am so thin and wobbly. Does it really matter what time of the day you work out? Like do you have better results if you work out during the day or at night? The reason why I ask is because through the day I am at work, busy at home, out doing errands, I have no time during the day and I have a a teething 6 month old and a 6 year old that I'm constantly chasing after. So night time would best for me...need to build some muscle
