Products that seem the same...

So a lot of my friends have Graco strollers/car seats and swear by them, they all seem well rated... but so many seem the same but different prices? Like when I was in the store at Baby's R Us I added the Graco snugride infant car seat "Grayson" but I get online and see the Graco snugride infant car seat "Gotham"... they look the same to me but Grayson is $219 and Gotham is $110... how do you pick? Please help these registries are very overwhelming!
