Baby Girl Shaniyah Born 6 weeks early!!

Birthday July 18th....due date August 29, 2017

Atypical pre- eclampsia....she weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces at 34 weeks. She came out yelling and screaming and she is truly the love of my life. She will be in the Nicu a couple of days after I am discharged...her sugar was low but it is now under control...it was low because I had gestational diabetes. She has to prove she can suck a bottle for 48 hours and then they will release her. I am pumping breastmilk...but it hasn't come in yet...I am still pumping on schedule though to get it coming in. My hospital let me stay an extra day to hang with her. My 7 year old son hasn't seen her yet in person because of NICU rules but he will be cleared in 2 days. He is super excited. My fiancée is on cloud nine and he visits her almost 6 times a day. She has him wrapped around all of her fingers...lol...I had an emergency c section because my pressure kept raising while I was being monitored in Labor and Delivery. She is the most perfect human being I have ever come in contact with. All I do is stare at her when I am visiting her. The first time I held her...I knew I was in trouble...my heart just melted with every breath and whimper. Just wanted to give you guys a little something about my experience.
