4 month old WILL NOT sleep at night😩 HELP!

My sweet babe is almost 4 months old and she use to sleep Great, 4 hours and then feed them back to sleep for 5. Now I'm lucky if I get 2. Last night we were up all night I maybe got an hour of sleep. She's not crying or screaming she's just fussy and wants to be up. She was up blowing raspberries and having a good ole time. I need help. I've tried our tee shirts in her pack-n-play, lavender oils, she gets a bath before bed, we read to her, tried sleeping with her and just nothing will do it. Even during the day sleep nap for about 30 mins and then wide awake and that's only 2-3 times a day. I'm worried she's not getting enough sleep to grow or develop. Please is you have suggestions let me know! Thank you!
