3rd csection

So I'm about to have baby #3 and third csection. My fiancées mother is a nurse and so is his whole family and she mentioned that this was my last. Well I have decided to tie my tubes anyways because between the two of us this is our 5th child and I'm 35 so no more babies for us. But I wasn't aware of the complications with 4 csections. Can anyone share some knowledge with me please. Now I'm concerned wth having #3.
