Hypermesis Gravidarum - any tips?

Question

So I've been told I have HG (extreme sickness) and it caused me to be hospitalised this week for severe dehydration. I had to have an IV with a load of fluids to rehydrate me. 
I've been given cyclizine which has stopped me being physically sick but still feel so nauseated and yucky all day and night 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 does anyone have any tips on how to curb the nausea?

I had to be prescribed zofran after I was hospitalized 2 times for dehydration.. And also this topical stuff you rub on your wrists but i dont remember the name

Ugh I am so sorry 😩 I had that with my first (10 years ago) and I wouldn't wish it on my worst nightmare. The only thing that semi-helped was to eat a tiny bit of food at all times. I still threw up all day long, but the constant nausea was delayed if I would take a few small bites of something (dry toast, dry cereal, cracker etc) all through the day.
