My edema. 😫😫
My feet hurt and are tender to the touch they are so swollen. I drink a ton of water but it's hard to keep my feet elevated when at work sitting at a desk. I use a recycle bin upside down under my desk but it's soooo uncomfortable.
I'm going to work from home 3 days a week to help and I plan to to NOT do a darn thing all wknd. I'm going to keep them elevated on my yoga ball all weekend. That helps when I'm home.
