Hey wonderful ladies πŸŒΈπŸŒΌπŸŒ»πŸ’œπŸ’™πŸ’šπŸ’›β€οΈ... I thought it wld be nice for all of us to comment things that have helped us out when we are in a low time. Maybe someone else cld read it and benefit (I'm hoping to do that myself actually). The poll is mainly to grab attention but please please leave a comment!!! It doesn't matter if it's for only depression, anxiety or self harm; or a combination of two or all three. I bet someone out there wld love to try to find new things to help them out!

I myself am no where near perfect. I was doing good struggling with my combination of depression and anxiety with the help of medication. Meaning I didn't self harm. I found working out and getting out on the trails and nature to be such a relief!! And reading books is an escape for me.

I have recently relapsed.. I was raped and tried to kill myself by cutting a few days ago. I've been drinking more. I know it's not good.

Hence a reason I made this post. I want new ideas ladies. None of us are perfect. We all struggle. Let's just help each other out a bit πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜š Lots of Love to y'all
