Flaked on me 2 times, should I move on?

On Tuesday I had my spin bike delivered. Two guys came out, 1 of them was really handsome. We hit it off naturally. He takes my number before he leaves. Immediately we start texting. Wednesday he says "I'll come hang with you after the gym" (I'm crutches, from a surgery) I said cool. I'm out with my mom so I get home and he text me "maybe another day" 😩 ok we text Thursday and into today Friday. He says I'm coming to see you after my softball game. So I hold off on taking my braids out, clean up and shower around the time I think his game is over. He said they lost.. I ask are you still coming by? He says "no he's tired" ☹️ so then I politely say "I'm done. You've faked on me two times within a couple days. I'm grown, so are you, that it's juvenile to keep saying your going to do something an not".

Am I wrong? Should I have given him another chance? I will miss talking with him but his word means nothing to me now.
