Is it possible to find a great guy?

I feel like I just keep finding guys who don't respect me. They are great at first, or maybe I'm just blind. Idk.

I didn't find mine until I was happy with life by myself. I had my goals in check and bam there he was :) going on 8 years. Just be patient and know what you want and don't stray from that.

Yes!! Great guys are out there, although it admittedly does seem like there are a lot of jerks. I wouldn't expect to be able to teach or change a guy, because a personality change comes from within. I hope you are able to find a good guy though! I think a good way to tell if a guy is worth it is if he's cool with letting you set the terms and go at your own pace without pressuring you or trying to control you. That was a big one for me when I met my SO. :)

Oh yes!! Most definitely! All it is, is making sure you say NO when the wrong ones ask you out. Don't dive into a relationship too quickly give it 6-8 months before you become a "couple" if that's what you are pursuing with someone.. That in it self will weed out a bunch of bad ones who don't want to wait that long to get what they want. I have been through 2 really horrible ones that loved me but made me so depressed and felt lonely in the relationship felt useless ugly fat unwanted the list goes on. Cheated on. Don't settle for those losers wait for the handsome amazing caring one who will wait till YOU are ready to be a couple, respect you and not push you or belittle you but build you up and grow you.. Im 24 and I finally found mine and I am never letting him go! ☺️ find yours or let him find you girl!! ☺️☺️☺️

Nobody changes their core personality, so unless it's something like putting their socks in the hamper, you can't teach them to do different. Jealousy, self absorption, negativity, bullying, those come from core issues that are not going to change and should never be acceptable. If they don't meet standards, hold out for that man. He's out there and he's magnificent. For me, my husband's looks were never what I went for before, but his personality and the way he treats me makes him the greatest, most attractive guy I have ever known.

It is deffinately possible to find a good one. Take youre time. I met my amazing boyfriend on meet me.com. he was a friend of mine for 6 months before i realizedhe really liked me. He was by my side before we started dating through two pregnancy scares and multiple breakups. As a friend. I was blind till a couple weeks ago that he was even interested in me . the 2nd scare he admittedto me that he wasnt gunna let a pregnancy keep us from being together. Hes one hell ofa guy. Im 23 going on 24 in about 3 months and he just turned 34. Hes amazing thats all i can say .after about 15 failed relationships withnasty people im glad i found my forever! Freaky part ishes very close looking to my dad.

It sounds like you keep falling for the same type. Make a checklist of all that you would like in a potential partner & father to your child (if wanting kids in the future) & make sure the guy you meet ticks most of the boxes. I was told the man of my dreams was non-existent, well we've now been married for 2years & am so glad I never settled for anything less.
