Poison Ivy Help

So this is what I get for helping pull weeds in my yard. So I've had poison ivy for the past week, and it's only getting worse. It's spreading everyday. I take allergy pills for it, which only make it not itch, but they don't help the actual stuff. I put calamine lotion on it, and hopefully getting a shot for it in a couple days. I was wondering if anyone has anyone home remedies do help the blisters stop spreading and decrease, or the itching. Anything would be appreciated, thanks!!
