Caught my husband watching the neighbors

Should I be angry?

We live in a secluded area with large plots of land but still have neighbors on each side of us. Our house is set back farther then our neighbors so we can easily see the back of there houses.

Last night I was getting ready for bed and my husband is no where to be found. I look through the house and can't find him so I go out back to see if he is out there. I see him over by the fence ( 4 ft high wire fence) looking at the back of our neighbors house. I walk over to him but he doesn't know I'm coming. As I get closer I look to see what he is looking at. It's our neighbors bed room with the drapes wide open and the lights on. They are laying on there bed naked with him eating her out and her fully enjoying it.

I'm shocked so I stand behind him to see how long he is going to watch this and what he is going to do. After about 5 minutes I couldn't stand it anymore so I final ask him, are you enjoying the show, in a very disappointed voice. He quickly starts walking away saying that it's not his fault they didn't close the blinds. Now I'm wondering if this is not the first time.

I tried to talk to him about it but he just says it no big deal and to let it go. Not sure what to do or think about it but I'm mad he stayed and watched them.
