Advice needed

For 9 years I dated women and never in a million years did I think that would change. I started to seek something new and different so I met my current boyfriend at work. We have been together almost 2 years now we have a son on the way. I love and care for him but things are not at all what I expected. I had more passion with women more excitement. I'm just not satisfied sexually. I've tried telling him the best way I know how but I'm not sure he's getting it. Any advice
