Sprain my ankle!

Has anyone every broke or sprain their ankle during pregnancy? I'm 21 weeks and last night I was walking down the steps from my porch, and next thing I know I was on the ground. I lost complete feeling in my whole foot, my toes everything. Today my ankle hurts so bad I can barely stand on it. I have never broke anything before so I don't know if it is. Should I go to the Dr? Or just put ice on it? I don't like to go to the Dr for everything. But I really don't know what happened to my anke
