I need some help or maybe someone experience this..

So i ovulated between the 4th and 7th, had spotting July 14th to the 17th, and have been having hot flashes, nausea, night sweats, on and off head aches, super fatigue, on the 20th which was 1 month since my last period i had very light brown spots 3 times and then it stopped. I also am experiencing cramps that are dull. Here's my deal, I haven't recieved a positive hpt, is it too early to test?
