Sexual Hypersensitivity/Early Pregnancy?

so this could be tmi, not sure how that works, but my boyfriend and I had unprotected about a week ago, and about 2 days ago I started getting slight cramping in my right side that spread to the center, bloating, threw up in the shower (horrified), and I've been super tired. Usually 7 days is too early to tell, but we just had sex again and my God it was something. I can't even begin to describe the sensation properly, but it was almost like a continuous orgasm, and the orgasms were even stronger. It got to the point where it felt TOO good, and I had to make him stop. Has anyone else experienced this in early pregnancy? My boobs have also been slightly swollen, I had a small acne break out, and I've been having creamy white discharge, much more than usual. I'm not asking for opinions on whether I am pregnant or not, just curious if anyonr else has experienced this before? i had a miscarriage at the beginning of June, so my fingers are crossed.
