how many wipes do newborns go through per day?

I'm going to start stocking up on baby wipes of different brands and types. I don't want to buy as I go because I will be having a c section and I don't want to have to go to the store often. How many wipes do newborns go through every day approximately?

I don't think there's a way to determine per say. Each baby is different and each person is different on how many wipes they use at once.

Same as what the previous commenter said--its difficult to say because every baby is different and every diaper changer is different. For my baby boy, he had about 10-12 diaper changes a day. In the beginning, he would poop some every diaper change. Usually for poop diapers, i use a minimum of three wipes--one for the butt, one for the balls, one for the penis. If it's a bad poop though, obviously I'll use more. Those sticky poops at the beginning are pretty horrible and accidents happen(especially with boys) so plan on a lot of wipes being used. In the beginning, i just bought the kirkland brand fragrance free wipes from costco and it lasted a while and baby didnt have any bad reaction to them. I had a csection as well.

I use one wipe for wet diapers and usually three for dirty ones. She has about 7 wet diapers a day and 1-2 dirty ones soooo  about 10-15 or so a day? Or roughly 450+ a month? But like others have said, every baby is different so it's hard to guess.

I agree with previous posters. Just depends on the poop/pee situation & the person changing them. 
As far as brands, Kirkland is good, I also like Water Wipes (to wipe baby's hands & such since we don't bathe everyday).

I agree I bought the Kirkland brand from Costco's there were 900 in the Box plus a bonus of 2 20 packs that may 940 each box was 1699 I'll say them two boxes I got your last me for about a month and a half maybe 2
