My daughter turned one last week and we are halfway through our last can of formula. She loves whole milk thank god but I'm worried about bed time. She wakes up once a night to have a cup. I need advice one what to do? Her doctor said not to let her fall asleep with her sippy cup because it could damage her teeth, so I've been giving her the cup before I put her to bed and it's working fine, but what am I supposed to do in the middle of the night? Just let her cry? Give her water? Please help!!
