Miscarriage UPDATE

So I tested positive for pregnancy on Friday last week and yesterday I have light pink spotting and it's turned brown. I went to the doctor today and had an HCG BLOOD TEST and go back Wednesday for another. I'm assuming that it's the worst and a miscarriage. This is heart breaking. My period was supposed to start tomorrow or Wednesday

UPDATE: I got my HCG back and it was 61. I didn't test positive until 9 PDO and I am just now 14 DPO. I go back Thursday for another blood test but I'm still just terrified
