Maca and irregular cycles
Living with irregular cycles can be a real nightmare.. especially when TTC.
Last cycle I started to take maca, as it's known for its hormone regulating properties. With cycles ranging Btwn 52 days and 108 I'm willing to try anything. So, yesterday I unexpectedly received a visit from aunt flow.
On day 38 !
Please say this means I've found an answer, I do hope so.
Had anyone else had success taking maca ?? Hopefully this isn't a one-off.
