Need advice - Husband doesn't last long

I've been married for 4 years and sex with my husband was great until we got married. We had a few issues (long story, but it was because of his porn addiction). Our sex life has greatly improved since then and we are able to do it more frequently, but he doesn't last very long. Never long enough for me to orgasm. (I get off by him going fast and hard but he can't do that very long at all - for seconds.)

How do I talk to him about this? Is there anything he can do?
