Double stroller. Help!

Hi everyone. My daughter just turn 4 and im 33 weeks pregnant. We bought double stroller fixed it yesterday but its so heavy 38 pounds! We r living in the third floor its not going to be easy for me to carry this stroller. Plz advice me some lightwieght stroller with a good price. In the store all of them was over 32 pounds.
