So my tiny human has taken over our cozy 1000 sqft home and I've made some major changes to keep him safe and me at ease. I'm actually so pleased with the outcome I wanted to share. I struggled finding a baby gate wide enough for our opening without being 'accordion' style because my place wasn't big enough for it. I got a Summer Custom Fit gate and attached it to an ikea cube storage bookcase and I love it! Plus

I am still working on covering cords, my electrical sockets are already child proof ones so I don't have to worry about that. And I went a little crazy with the foam tiles and just ordered more to cover the remaining tile.
