I feel like... Ugh...

I am not sure how far along I am. My first US will be at the beginning of next week. According to my LMP, I am likely around 8/9 weeks. I am feeling extremely fatigued, sore throat, nausea, and my skin is very dry. I have also noticed that I have headaches, especially in the mornings. Did anyone else experience these symptoms all within the same week? And if you did.. Was it experienced during the 8th/9th week ?
