41 weeks and severe back pain

I'm 41 weeks today and my next appointment isn't until Thursday morning. I'm currently having some pretty severe lower back pain and pelvic pain. Last prenatal visit I was 1 cm and that was yesterday. It eases up a bit when I lay down but I can't hardly even walk to the bathroom. Could this be the start of labor or just some annoying back pain to add to my list of troubles 😩 thanks in advance! 💕
