TCC worries with irregular periods?

Hello everyone. My SO and I want to start trying September for a baby. I got off Lo Loestrin in December to start regulating, before I took the pills 6-7 years ago, my cycles were 30-31 days.

My periods were regular in February to April, had no period in May (maybe cus I went on vacay). I had 2 periods in June (2 weeks after it ended but it was light).

AF is late again. :( neg test, I'm getting worried my periods will now be irregular.

should I make an appointment with an OBG to see what's up?

My PCP only tells me "just wait and see if it'll come" and told me to keep taking prenatal now.

I'm a newbie with TCC and I just want to make sure nothing is wrong with me that'll take us years.
