The only light is the little screen of my cable box otherwise darkness lol i can sleep with lights on though if I forget to turn them off I obviously try not to though

I'm still scared of the dark even though I'm 20 😅 so we have Christmas lights hung in our bedroom that we turn on at night so I can sleep. I also have to have some noise when going to bed so we have a window fan that makes the perfect 'hum' that lulls me right to sleep. 😊

I would rather sleep in total darkness and quiet, but my husband likes having the TV on. The cable shuts off after 3 hours, but there's still some light from the TV since it doesn't shut off automatically.
