Magnesium supplements. I take 2 every night. Dr says it's safe and no crap to drink. Miralax does nothing for me. So much easier this way!!

I eat a lot of fruit daily and had apple juice today, and boyyyyyy did that Apple juice run right through me!!

Here was what was life changing for me:
Drink Metamucil (orange flavor) each night.
Take milk of magnesia if feeling constipated. 
Works like a charm!

The feeling is horrible!!!! I totally understand what your going through I went through that will all of my pregnancies. I didn't know what to do either. Luckily this pregnancy I'm like a poop machine lol poop like 3-4 times a day. Lol tmi sorry but idk I'm not eating any different either.

lots of fruit,  like  strawberry,  or peach,  they are good on fiber. since I started eating some each day.  I go to the bathroom like clock work again
