Motivation
so its been exactly one year today since ive given birth. My whole pregnancy i told myself that i was going to hit the gym and change my diet ( i even tried to go vegan while i was pregnant). I was working out almost everyday for 2 weeks amd started to see slight changes and then i stopped working out. Idk why i havent been able to motivate myself to workout anymore. Im having a hard time finding a diet thats affordable and easy for me to stick to. I guess im just looking for motivation, diet tips, meal suggestions, and ways to motivate myself to start working out again for the body i want.
