Iui confused

I've been taking injectables this cycle for iui. Today my numbers were FSH 6.5, LH 2.3, estradiol 869 and my follicles measured as shown. But my dr said to take trigger shot tomorrow and iui Friday morning. So confused as I don't think these numbers show I'm ready yet...
