ttc help

I have never done any charting or even kept track of my period I just got pregnant so this time I'm trying and trying to keep track I have 3girls and one mc I am supposed 4-5dpo and I'm irritated and fussy been having sharp pains in my right lower abdomen hungry but have a full feeling sleepy headache and lower back hurts also acid reflux and my breast are like a dull pain spanning from my armpit please help me I haven't ever felt this way between cycles I'm confused
