Meal prep!?

Returning to college after taking almost 2 years off. I really want to be as healthy as I can and save money. Before I would just stop by the college cafeteria and grab a wrap or whatever was available.

Since I have a very full and busy schedule I was wondering what's good to meal prep for the week? What stays good the longest? I looked on Pinterest but I don't want to be eating the same thing all week. What's a good way to have variation throughout the week?
