Should we ban men from the military because of the high incidents of rape?

A 2011 report found that women who serve are more likely to be raped by a fellow soldier than to be killed in combat. At least 25% of all women in the military have been sexually assaulted and up to 80% have been the victim of sexual harassment. In 2010 alone the Veteran affairs department spent $872 MILLION DOLLARS on the health impacts of sexual assaults on former military personnel.

In 2011 3,192 sexual assaults were reported and it's estimated that more than 20,000 actual incidents happen every year.

What I'm trying to get at, should we ban men from the military? These sexual assaults cost tax payers a tremendous amount of money. It's an enormous distraction and disturbance and it makes it very difficult for the hard working women of the military to do their job without fear of being sexually assaulted.

These men have mental issues that stop them from having the self control needed to serve honorably in the military. Ban or no ban?
